SB Magazine Announces Gobs of New Opportunities

SHREVEPORT, LA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/16/12 -- SB Magazine, the premier monthly magazine in North Louisiana, announced today its new partnership with Gobza.com. "This is an amazing new way to do media," said SB President Byron May. "We are fortunate to have something like this reach the Shreveport-Bossier area this early in the game and we want to make sure everyone in the Ark-La-Tex discovers it."

Gobza is a new media invention with three different, distinct pieces that all work together. "A man with Louisiana Stone, Clay Fowler, recommended Gobza to us," said SB Co-Owner, Seva May, "and I immediately realized that this would not only be a game-changer on the Internet, but the faster we moved on it, the better it would be for the Ark-La-Tex and the better it would be for SB Magazine, our readers and our advertisers."

The three pieces of Gobza are: 1) The World's First Search Engine for Discounts 2) The World's First Totally Free Advertising Medium and, 3) A unique monetization model that benefits everyone who joins for free.

"We're using Gobza to help raise money for the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame," said President Lisa Babin. Local restauranteur, Paul Cush, owner of Cush's on Ellerbe Road, had this to say, "We don't even advertise, but the cash model -- which is free -- is irresistible and simple to use. It is going to help Shreveport to go first. There is no downside!"

"I want to make certain that everyone in the area, especially our civic and business leaders, understand the potential impact of Gobza on our economy," said SB President and owner, Byron May, a life-time resident of the area. "Gobza enhances media and advertising for free. We are in the business of entertaining and informing the residents of our area, but we're also in the business of helping our business community thrive, which in turn enriches the lives of our citizens."

"We are excited to be in Shreveport-Bossier," said Gobza CEO Duncan Dodds, from his Houston offices. "The area is one of several that has taken the lead in propagating Gobza."

Gobza promotes itself as a race. "It's a race between people, businesses, non-profits, schools and associations to propagate Gobza," said Shreveport native and one of the inventors of Gobza Tim Dillard. "But Gobza is a race between cities as well. The cities that adopt the change that Gobza is going to bring the fastest, may insulate their economy similar to the way the Haynesville Shale oil and gas find stimulated the area's economy."

"We believe this will help all businesses including home service businesses such as our own," said Bobby Greene Plumbing owner Justin Greene. "It's free to use, free to pass and free to derive income from. It's truly revolutionary."

SB Magazine is the premier monthly magazine in North Louisiana, distributed to a subscriber base throughout the thriving Shreveport-Bossier area, with additional distribution to the area's many hotel rooms. SB feature articles cover the latest in entertainment, food, business, fashion and personalities.

Gobza.com is the new way to connect on the Internet where businesses advertise for free; people buy what they want, when they want it for less; and non-profits, schools and associations use it for free to assist their fundraising efforts. Perhaps, best of all, every person and entity that shares Gobza can create new streams of revenue with no cost in doing so.
